The staff representatives recommend that you approve, for submission to the President, the decisions of the Psychological Strategy Board on the subject, as set forth in Reference A, subject to revision of the text of Appendix B thereof to read as follows: rs : "In recent days Joint Task Force 132, operating for the Department of Defense and the United States Atomic Energy Commission, has completed the first of a series of tests at Eniwetok Atoll in the Marshall Islands.
