BLOOD SAMPLE SHIPMENTS

BEST COPY AVAILABLE

Dear Mr. Tapia:

This will advise you of the many unscheduled shipments of.

NOW-INFECTIOUS human blood samples from Kwajalein, M. I.,
marked for Holmes & Narver, Inc., PTD, for transshipment
to USERDA Agencies at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, the department
of Human Genetics, University of Washington, and others at
times.
By copy of this letter we are informing the shipper at

Kwajalein, M. I., to clearly mark on the packages - “HUMAN

BLOOD SAMPLES” - "NON-INFECTIOUS".

I sincerely hope that the previous methods of handling the
shipments of blood samples has not inconvenienced your service.
Perhaps this clarification will resolve the questions
which you have called to our attention.
Your continued interest and support are greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
