In order to cause the least amount of interference with the scientific atructures

program, and in accordance with previous discussions, the Jobsite and all in-

terested Home Office divisions should have all preliminary work accomplished on
these items in the way of preparation of plans, estimates, approvals by the

Field Manager, solicitation of bids, and arrangement of work schedules so that
Work will be started on these items on July 1, 1953, or as soon thereafter as

possible,
