Vic Noshkin should be informed if the attendees want accommodations. LLL gets a good discount at the Holiday .Inn. The Advisory Group's time plus travel is going to be significant. I think that you should require funding from Hal Hollister to cover say 15-20 days and travel for each member. I don't see why this should be required to impact DMC or Program Office budgets.
