This is to confirm the recent telephone conversation
between yourself and Cdr. J, J, Fee, of the Secretariat, Com-
mittee on Atomic Energy, concerning a briefing for the Research
and Development Board on the resuits of Operation GREENHOUSE,
It is umderstood that you have kindly agreed to present to the
members of the Board at their regular meeting on 20 June 1951,
a ten or fifteen minute summary on the nature of vreliminary
results of the bio-medical test vrogram at Operation GREENHOUSE,
Your presentation will be one of three,
