of Finance will prepare and submit to the Department of the l~avyby the
25th of the following month, a report of expenditures and obligations
under this appropriationby object classification.
e. The Departmnt of the Navy will combine this report with
reports of all funds ~located under the appropriationof Naval activities and submit a monthly report, by the 5th of the second following
month, of combined expendituresby object classificationto the MC
and
to the Conxnander,Task Force Switchman.

It is anticipatedthat it will be at least ten days before
funds are actually available for obligation. Every effort will be made
to expedite allocation of funds to those activitieswhere inmediate
obligations or expendituresare required.
