Under consideration was AEC 939/13 = Consideration of FY 1959
Budget Estimates, which contained a recommendation that the Commis_ Sion consider the desirability of amending the FY 1959 budget estimates
and approve for transmittal to the Bureau of the Budget a draft letter
concerning these amendments.
