PersonnelAdministration a“ QQ?E2@& (1) Detailedinstructionsfor preparationand submissionof personnelreports are containedin currentservicedirectives,augmented by standingoperatingprocedmes publishedby Headquarters,Joint Task Force SEVEN (2) Matters which cannotbe handledby the unit to which personnel are assignedor attachedfor administrationwill be referredto Headquarters,Joint Task Force SEVEN. b. MilitaryPersonnel (1) Militarypersonnelwillbe administeredby the unit to which assigned or attachedfor administrationin accordance with currentdirectives and policiesof their parent service,subjectto the provisionsof this order and subsequentdirectivesand regulationsof their particular service as augmentedby this order and subsequentdirectivesissuedby cJrF SEVEN. (2) Task Group Commanders,with the exceptionof CTG 7.2, will be responsiblefor the issuanceof orders and such processingas may be necessaryfor movement of all personnel,assignedor attached,of their particularTask Groups within CONUS and to the forward area and return. (3) - (a) CTG 7.2 is authorizedto issue local administrativeorders embracing all of the semices under the jurisdictionto CTG 7’.2,as may be necessaryin accomplishmentof his mission. (b) CTG7.2 maybe called upon to furnish specialadministretive assistanceto all militarypersonnelon duty in the forwardarea. Such assistancewill cover such matters as those pertainingto courts-martial, boarc?sof officers,investigations,casualtyau? accidentreportsand reports of survey. (c) Administrativecorrespondenceand reportswill be forwarded through CJTF SEVEN unless otherwiseprescribedby CJTF SEVEN. c. CivilianPersonnel Civilianpersonnelwill be administeredin accordancewith directives and regulationsof their employingagency or contractorand the unit to which assignedor attachedfor administration. 3. Post OfficeFacilities a. CTG 7.2 will locate a branch of the Eniwetokpost office on Parry and Enyu Islands. These brancheswill providemail, parcel post, stamp, money order and registryservice. The Parry Islandbranch will be designatedAPO 437 and Enyu 436. D-1
