1. General
a. Scope of Instructions

publishedduring OperationHARDTACK.
b. GeneralResponsibilities

with respectto the task force and ENISWTOKand BIKINI
ATOLLS,

(2) CJTF SEVEN will assume responsibilityfor safety of populated islandsrelativeto hazards introducedby the
operation.
(3) Petroleum,oil and lubricants(POL) supplyfor Navy afloat
activitieswill be providedby COMSERVPAC. Shore based
activitieswill be suppliedthrough existingslatingproceduresestablishedby CINCPAC.
