GENERAL - Roofs of some of the buildings are slightly dented, probably from
falling cocoamits,
Nine drums of fuel oil are stored alongside the Power and
Distillation building,
Only slightly rusty.
The appearance of this station is very good and there are no indications
that it has been disturbed by the natives. It could quickly and easily be
reactivated,
All screening wherever indicated on the plans, should be replaced.
At 125, the party departed Kapingamarangi and arrived at Ponape
1630. 1 AUGUST 1959.
