concerning certain aspects of compensation concerning the people of Utirik, it, along with the Department of Defense have unaccountably failed to respond to a request for certain information and materials in a letter dated April 5, 1972, which was routed through the Office of the High Commissioner. Whether this lack of resvonse is due to - bureaucratic lethargy or reluctance on the part of the agencies named is not known.
