2. The General Manager has directed that you take the action necessary
to implement this decision. You will recall that the Commissioners requested
that the letter to the President contain a statement on the amount of offsite
fallout expected to result from Operation HARDTACK.
3. This will also confirm our understanding that your office will
prepare the letters to the President, DOD, JCAE, Department of State and
FCDA. Copies of all pertinent correspondence should be provided this office.
