Mr. Dean reported that Senator Warren Magnuson wished to
attend Operation GREENHOUSE as an official observer while returning from Japan.
Mr. Dean said that he had advised Senator
McMahon of the plans for attendance at Operations GREENHOUSE
by members of the Senate and House of Representatives other than

the Joint Committee, and had pointed out to Senator McMahon the

question of access to restricted data by members of Congress
raised by these trips.
After discussion the Commission:
AGREED that Senator Warren Magnuson would have access
