Army Personnel All Army personnel on fniwetok Atoll will be assigned or attac.ied to TG 132.2 for special and summary courts-martial jurisdiction, and to USARPAC for general courts-martial jurisdiction. In cases of necessity the concurrence of the major ZI command concerned will be secured. b. Navy Personnel Personnel of Headquarters, JTF 132 and TG 132.1 while in tne forward arez, will be attacned to CO, U. S. Naval Station, Kwajalein, for cou.ts-nartial jurisdiction. All other personnel will be under the jurigdiction of apprcpriate naval commanders. c. Air Force Personnel CTG 132.4 will exercise special and summary courts-martial jurisdiction over Air Force Task Group personnel. The Commander, 1500tn Air Transport Wing, P/CDIVMATS, Hickam AFB, will exercise general and special courts-martial jurisdiction over ot..er Task sorce personnel. He will exercise general courts-martial jurisdiction over TG 132.4 personnel when concurred in by CG, SWC. 11. CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LAW EN2ORCEMENT Tne Department of tne Interior is charged with civil and criminal law enforcement in Trust Territories of the Pacific Islands. Two (2) employees of tne firm of Hoimes and Narver have been deputized as Deputy Marshalls of tne Trust Territory of tue Pacific Islands. Tue High Commissioner, Office of Trust Territory of tie Pacific Islands, sionelulu, T. &., will administer civil and criminal law enforcement for the civilian populace of tue atoll, aud tne Atoll Commander will render sucn assistance as may be required. 12. DISPOSITION OF RsCORDS There will be ao destruction of permanent records of Task Group 132.1 except as indicated in tue JTF .. evacuation plan.
