SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO SUBCONTRACT NO. 108
between
THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA
and
COOPER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
INTRODUCTION
This amendment is entered into by and between The Regents of the
University of California (hereinafter called the "University").and Cooper
Development Corporation (hereinafter called the "Subcontractor").
PURPOSE
The purpose of this amendment is tc extend the effective term.
NOW, THEREFORE, Subcontract 108 is amended to read as follows:
ARTICLE II ~ TERM is amended to read as follows:
"The work described in Article I shall begin as required and dir-
ected by the University upon receipt by the Subcontractor of a
fully executed copy of this Subcontract and shall end January 31,
1959, unless completely performed prior thereto or sooner terminated
in accordance with the provisions of Article XVIII - Termination."
All other terms and conditions of the subcontract shall remain in
full force and effect except as herein modified.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement.
