LAUNDRY AND ADDITION
Thie is a one story double roofed prefabricated aluminum building erected on a
concrete foundation size 25'=2" x 113'-10 1/2" which includes a 27'-7" drainage
trench, complete with electric wiring and fixtures, telephone installation,
aluminum partitions, fresh and salt water plumbing including piping for hot and
cold water, steam, comienszsate and compressed air.
The sise 1.D. 1s 2h'-0" wide
x 112'=8 1/2" long x 10'-O" mean height with a cubic content of 27,06 cubic feet
and a floor area of 2,865 square feet.
This building has one sliding door, eight finish laundry racks, one flatwork
shelf cabinet, two folding tables, one finish shirt rack, one sorting table,
two sorting and marking tables, two shirt folding tables, two fire extinguishers,
and one water cooler with drinking fountain.
This building contains the following commercial laundry squipment: Three
washing machines, three extractors, four tumblers, one flat work ironer, seven
presses, one starch cocker, one soap cooker, one collar table, one sewing
machine, six trucks ~ canvas, one platform scale, three metal truck tubs, and
one marking machine.
The addition is a one story, double roof, prefabricated aluminum building, sise
0.D. 251-2" x h2*-8 1/2" x 10'<0" mean height, erected on a 6" reinforced
concrete floor slab with an outside adjoining 5" concrete slab sise 1)'-5 3/h"
x h2'-8 1/2", complete with electric wiring and fixtures and pipinge The cubic
content is 10,750 cubic feet with a floor area of 1,075 square feet.
