Existing building interior remodeled and, to the outside, a lania has been added,
size 0.D. 48'-8" x 20'-8" with a 2'-O" roof overhang, erected on a 3" concrete
floor slab, asphalt tile floor covering, shed roof composition covered and
aluminum painted, wails of plywood, louvered sections, openings and door, screened,
canvas roll-up curtains, complete with electric wiring and fixtures, and equipment.
Total added floor space 1,006 square feet.
The installed equipment includes: One electric stove, ons sink, one refrigerator,
one water heater, and one portable steam table.
