TMFIRMARY AND WURSES QUARTERS
These two one story, double roofed, prefabricated aluminum buildings, erected on
comorete slabs sine 25'=-2" x 93'-10 1/2"
and 25'-2" x 45'-10 1/2", are complete
with electrical wiring and fixtures, aluminum partitions, hot and cold fresh
water and salt water plumbing, telephone installations and a 12 station qurees
oall aysten. The sise of the Infirsary I.D. is 24'-O" wide x 92'-8 1/2" long
x 10'-O* mean height, and the Murses Quarters 1.9. is 24'-0" wide x 4'-6 1/2"
long x 10'-O" mean height with a total cubic content of 32,980 cubic feet and
a totel floor area of 3,516 square feet.
These buildings are joined "L" shape by a concrete terrace alab size 1]'-10"
x 93'-10 1/2° and a corrugated aluminum roof, with the balance of the terrace
awning covered. Outside the infirmary, adjacent to the dark room, a refrigerated
film developing tank is mounted on a concrete slab. Two entrances to this
building are provided with Typs "A" screened encluosures. The mrses quarters
inslade the dentists office.
The major equipment in the two buildings include the following: One Steriliser
Autoclave, one Klectrocardiograph, two I-Ray machines, one refrigerator, one
renge, ons water heater, two water coolers, three sterilizers, one tri dent
unit, cone pump chair, two suction and pressure units, one Photrometer, ons
Metabulator, one safe, one bakers stove, three cabinets, one cautery-electric,
one examination table, ons operating table, one explosion proof lamp, ons
quarts lamp, one fracture bed, one dental lathe and one microscope.
The minor equipment and furniture includes all of that which is usually
necessary in hospitals and dental offices.
