This is a one story, double roofed, prefabricated aluminum building erected on a
5S" concrete slab, complete with electrical wiring and fixtures, telephone installation, plumbing, dehumidification equipment, aluminum partitions, and built-in
wood counters, benches, and shelving. The size of this building is I.D. 2'-0" x
96'-8 1/2" x 10'=0" mean height, providing a cubic content of 23,210 cubic feet
and a floor area of 2,464 square feet.
Outside the building, 5" concrete slabe are provided for the condensers, water
cooler and fenced area amounting to a total of 11l square feet. A wooden shed
sise 5°-O" x 5'-9" x 8° high of plywood sides and composition roof is provided
