LAUNDRY BOILER HOUSE
This is a one story, double roofed, prefabricated aluminum building, erected on a
concrete slab aise 25'~2" x 25'-10 1/2", complete with electrical wiring and
fixtures, aluminum partition, plumbing and piping and telephone installation.

This building contains the following equipment: One SO HP oil fired boiler
mounted on an 18" thick concrete foundation, one 800 gallon hot water tank,
piping for hot water, cold water, steam, condensate, and fuel oil with all the
necessary appurtenances such as traps, pressure regulating stations, temperature
controle, and a boiler feed water heater (Deserator) mounted outside on a
reinforced concrete foundation tower with a 5'-O" octagonal base 2'-0" thick
and a 26" square tower 7'6" high. A 1200 gallon fuel oi] tank mounted outside
on pliers is piped to supply fuel o11 to the boiler. This building also contains
one installed air compressor and one portable air compressor and has in addition
to the regular entrance door a sliding door for a 6'-1] 1/2* wide wall opening.
This Boiler House serves hot water, steam and compressed air to the Laundry
Building.
