all piping and connections to P.J.L. system, as well as a compacted earth dike

One 42,000 gallon mogas steel cylinder tank vertically mounted on a reinforced
concrete foundation 23'-O" octagonal x 10" thick (13.5 cubic yards) and four
10,000 gallon steel cylinder tanxs horizontally mounted on concrete piers 3'
