This is a one story, double roof, prefabricated aluminum building, size I.D.
24'-O" x 148'-8 1/2" x 101-0" mean height, with wing, size I.D. 24'-0" x 26'-8 1/2"
x 10'-0" mean height, erected on a 6" reinforced concrete floor slab.
Concrete
pipe trenches, partly covered, extend across floor to sump, with drain, located
outside of building. Total floor area 0.D. 4,47 square feet, complete with
electric wiring and fixtures; pluabing, and piping. The installed equipment
includes: One water cooler with drinking fountain, threa washers, two extractors,
five tumblers, seven presses, one flatwork ironer, one starch cooker, one soap
tank, and four tables.
