CONSTRUCTION The existing U. S. Navy communication facility will be used;
therefore, no building or construction will be necessary. Communication
services will be provided by this facility to all participants. If necessary,
the communication center at this location will be augmented with JITF-8 personnel who will be furnished quarters and meals by NAS Agana, Guam.
