CONSTRUCTION The main substation at the AEC-TRF is located ona 20-ft.
square concrete pad south of the Secure Trailer Compound. Incoming power
is fed to it from the adjacent Kauai B¥ectti Company substation. The main
substation consists of a 225 kva, 120/208-2400 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase trans-
former, a 600 amp automatic transfer switch, and a imaim powedrofanéal(epmmID.

Three (3) secondary (launcher) substations, each of 112 1/2 kva capacity, are
